A Neoliberal is basically a business-conservative. They believe in a free market, a de-emphasis in government intervention in domestic economy, and property rights. Foreign policy is focused on opening of foreign markets by any means including economic pressure, diplomacy, and military intervention. People that could be considered neoliberals include: Alan Greenspan, Margaret Thatcher, and Ronald Reagan.
