Apart from the fact that I have never met a happy lib, I just seems to me that it would be very depressing to wake up every morning with every one of the worlds problems hanging heavy on my heart, while I wait for sombody else to fix my own. I would go crazy. I just want to tell all you libs that the grass is greener on my side of the fence, and I would love It if you came over here!
But tell me if you are a happy liberal.

I'm happy. I'm liberal. Conservatives complain about the problems of the world, too. There's angry all the time conservatives too. There are also happy conservatives.
There are angry and happy people of all the political spectrum.
I think I know the type you are referring to-- liberals who are really depressed about the ills of the world and feel helpless about them. But some people don't think about politics ALL the time. Not healthy, really.
You know, the liberals in the world are people just like you. They just disagree with you on some political issues. That's all. Try not to label people or demonize them. (I should try this, too.)

I'm extremely happy. I love my job, I make a pretty decent wage, I have a beautiful house, I have many wonderful friends (a blend of liberal, democrat, moderate, etc.) I'm at peace in my life, I've been blessed with great health, I've found The One, and I believe things can only get better. Especially in 2008.
Unlike yourself, I have better things to do than take potshots at complete strangers on the internet. How sad for you.

Hell these people bit*ch about anything and everything..Give up on any who are happy, i guess when they are burning flags they are happy, and the Liberal judges who let child molesters go are happy, and when a their beloved Bill Clinton failed to get Osama when he had the chance after he blew up our embassies they were happy, so yea i guess there are SOME ways to make them happy.

I don't think really intelligent people consider themselves either a "liberal" or a "conservative". Yes, I know you are intelligent, but I am talking about people who are even more intelligent than you.
