Yankees have the lineup, but they don't have the better pitching, and pitching wins games 9 times out of 10. If it were to be mets vs. yankees, i'd have to pick the mets, just because of better pitching and a solid lineup.

Mets play more like a TEAM.
Yankees is about fame and super stars.

Yankees have better players, good coaching staff
Mets have good team chemistry and most of the players are all around players.

Yankees are better, and have been better, it's just that the AL is ten times harder than the NL. Plus the Yankees are playing with a bunch of their players injured.

The Mets are ONLY the best team in the NL, I mean come on...
The Yankees? They are struggling to stay in first place...
NL is a much better league, no DH or anything... Much more strategy involved

Yanks. the Mets play in the National League. U can be 60 - 66 and be in a race. In the AL, u can be out of the playoff race with 66 wins at this point.
