I want to grow it on a dog kennel fence to provide shade and hide the fence from the street. I live in Missouri, need to find someplace that ships it or to get it instate

Yahoo! has a PlantSwap group. Sometimes you can get really good plants from others. Usually, all you have to pay is the shipping. I have sent and received several plants through this group.

Just find some along a road and take some cutting`s. Get some up-start from your local home depot.It`s root stimulizer,just mix some up and put the cutting`s in it .They will grow root`s and just plant them.

As an aside, I have to say that I have tons in my SC yard. Don't be afraid of seeds. VC is very prolific.

in ca we cannabis clubs you get seeds baby plants or buy good weed if you have a prescription
