Default fonts for the display on the computer or applications like Excel, Word, etc.?

For display on the computer, go to Control Panel, Display, Appearance, click on Advanced tab next to Font Size. You can set how you want your display to look by selecting a font for each item.

Each application should have a default font setting. Usually in Tools in the menu bar.

If you just want to change the fonts that are on the pc, as far as your icons, the toolbar, window colors...etc.

Right click on the desktop, click properties, click on aperance tab, click on advanced button, then just "play around with the settings in there till you get your fonts the way you want them.
There are places that have new fonts to download on the internet.

Hope that helped.
