Weight watchers is a pretty easy way to lose weight once you get the hang of it. My mom just lost 50lbs in about 9 months. Its mostly about portion control and eating healthy. But its flexible enough to accomodate going out to eat, alcohol, sweets, snacks, and cravings. You just adjust the rest of your meals. I recently started - I don't actually go to the classes, but my mom got me the information that I needed. There are tons of website with point values, recipes, support groups. I think you can even buy the stuff on ebay. Its a lifestyle change but something that is easy to start up every so often.

I have alot of tips, but it is just going to take time. You need to be dedicated, but just follow these simple tips.
When eating a snack such as chips or pretzles don't eat them out of the bag. Put a handful in a bowl and eat those. With them being in a bag, you dont know when to stop, so you just keep eating.
Don't grab several chips and put them in your mouth. Pick up one and chew it. Wait until you are gone to get another one.
Do something else while you are eating your snack, such as talk to a friend. That way you tend to eat slower.
When you are talking on the phone just walk around your yard. I have found that it just becomes a habit, and i end up doing alot of walking considering i talk alot!!
Use a smaller plate, that way you don't feel the need to take more food.
Just eat a balanced diet. I don't know the proper amounts of the top of my head. You can look it up on www.mypyramid.com or something like that.
It will take time, but it is the healthy way to lose weight.
And maybe you can set aside a half hour of each day to exersise.

revise your dietry intake and exercise within the calorie levels.
all losing weight means - is to eat as much as your body can burn off!! So if you eat veges and fruit it would take little exercise to get rid of,maybe a half hour walk or bikeride for 20ks.If you eat a steak and veges maybe take an hour or so to work it off. You will know that you are not doing enough(weightwise) exercise when you feel sluggish & lethargic. Go for it girl!

there tons of diets you can do a choclate diet it gives you energy so you wont eat the whole day protein diet in 3 days i lost 5lbs. there the borsh diet its a russion soup u lose 5lbs.every week if you eat that ! and also eat lots of greens cut doen on aty food count calorie you shold only eat 300 calories every time you eat a meal!! or you can count all the calories you eat ethat day and at the end of the day subtract 500 calories i did it and i lost 37lbs.

up your protein. I'd go check out VitaminWorld and get some meal replacement protein shake mix. Protein helps burn fat. Another thing you could do is lower your carb intake. That and regular exercise and you got it in the bag. :)

lots of veggies... eat a lot of salad instead of things like potatoes and try to reduce on the fatty foods like beef and pork...
the more roughage u get... the better
more unsaturated fat than saturated fats would be a great diet!!!
