Ask your OBGYN doc or family practitioner about prozac for pms and cramping. A few of my lady friends and my daughter use it and it seems to work wonders. They start taking the medicine a week before they expect to start, and the week of, and they say that it makes a world of difference. being a male, I wouldn't be able to voice an opinion ffrom experience. I hope this helps a bit. The heating pad and exercise are probably the best natural things to do to help relieve the symptoms. Good luck

I had tried raspberry leaf tea.. some sweet person gathered the wild raspberry leaves for me when they found out how much I was hurting. You can buy the tea - celestial seasonings - at most grocery stores..
Until them, maybe the heating pad will help..

i used to use a heating pad on my back the heat would penetrate to my stomach, take a hot bath or shower. there are heat patches out now for menstral cramps but do not use a heating pad with one of these. believe it or not sex will ease up the cramps for awhile
