What is a reasonable weight for?
For a girl of 13yrs who currently weights 178 and is 5'7 tall. She is losing weight and wants to know what is a reasonable weight. She is naturally bigboned and doesn't look fat but feels that she is and also she has wide shoulders. But she also wants to be a model by the time she is 16 yrs old. She is beautiful and has wonderful features.

If she is naturally big-boned, there is likely no healthy way for her to become model-thin. Many, many models are severely underweight and have eating disorders. Obviously, not a healthy thing to do.
If she is 13, she will likely grow taller (a couple of inches) so she won't want to lose too much weight right now, as the extra fat is part of the 'fuel' her body will need to grow taller.
I used to model, and no matter how thin I was (or other girls were), the agents would always encourage us to lose '5 more pounds'. It was very unhealthy to the mental state.
The girl needs to be encouraged to see that you don't have to be a model or super-thin to be beautiful. Given her natural body type, trying to be a model would likely be devastating to her self-esteem.

According to the weight charts a large boned WOMAN should weigh between 143-163 if she's 5'7". I would think at 13 years of age that weight could be a little lower than that as maturing females tend to weigh more than teenagers.
