Walk around with an empty cart. Go around to other shoppers, pretend to be fascinated with an object in their cart, and ask if you may take it. Watch their reaction!

Everyone bring a broom and have races sweeping the aisles. Clean the restrooms (WalMart employees haven't caught on to that idea.)
Carry purchases out for ladies over 50.
Carry ladies out with over 50 purchases.
Wash the windshields of patrons and leave a smiley face of lipstick on the driver's side window.
This list could be infinite. Show a little imagination

I am thinking maybe you work for Walmart or are in marketing. Here is a good one. Do a scrapbook class or project. I am sure the items that would be sold are high margin and it would probably draw a very good crowd. You can branch off of that and do stuff like, "wedding" scrapbooking etc...

have a big group of you walk in there with cell phones. soon as you enter each person walks to a different department. everyone start talking on your cell phones at the same time. make sure you wear turbans. this should arouse suspicion, but then again how much do they pay attention at walmart?

Stand out in front in a small group, stare up at the sky, and see how many people do the same!

Um, what kind of group? This is a wierd question. I'm sure Wal-Mart doesnt want a stupid tour (or whatever kind) group coming through. It's a business, not a carnival.

Well, you can send out an email to your friends who can send an email to their friends to meet at say... the video department at a specific time on a specific day. So, you tell two friends, they tell two friends, so on and so forth and at 7.24pm meet at the video section and when everyone gets there, disperse at 7.39 and act as if you're just shopping.

Or..

Have that group all buy a pack of gum and a Pepsi.

I dunno.

Is your life that boring you have to find things to do at a walmart. If your that bored just get a penthouse and lock yourself in the room.
