What does the line at the bottom of a mail message denote?

I saw a private email of mine forwarded and printed out at someone's house. I suspect they logged into my hotmail account somehow, and forwarded private emails to their Yahoo mail account. On the bottom of the yahoo mail are letters/Inbox and a number as well as a date. Anyone know what all that means?>

Could mean *anything* - you haven't given us a lot to go on. It means whatever the software that put it there intends it to mean - and you have *at least* Yahoo, Hotmail, and a printing program involved here.
