If I had to pick right off the bat, Honolulu. Why? The weather and scenery, the water and tourism contributes to a community of generally happy people.

Now if that's too simplistic and possibly you have other motives to attending a University, like... uh... learning then no one here but yourself can answer this question.
Here are some thing you may want to ponder:
Why just these three universities? Where did this list come from? What is your coarse of study and how do each of these measure up? Where do you see yourself in four years, and more importantly, how dedicated are you to reaching that point.

Bottom line... find the place that will provide you the means to achieve your goal. If all are equal AND you are dedicated... then go for the coolest environment.

I take it your choices are U of HI, UNC-Charlotte and Ohio State.

Columbus is the worst place to live of the three -- but is (by far) the better school.

Ohio is best - most temperate weather and more conducive to learning.
