From my perspective in Australia one fact is clear and that your country is bitterly divided by the events of 911,, I clearly remember that day and the days after,, communicating with friends in the US and how shocked and sad you were, one person in particular a lady from Delaware who is a writer and a proclaimed liberal wrote the most moving tribute to the USA she expressed eloquently the passion and commitment she saw in the faces of so many people who were suffering,, what happened to you all,, I am a regular on this forum and what I see now is distrust, sniping from both sides of the political fence, as to whose fault it is,, you are playing to the terrorists hands they have won and you don't know it, 911 was a watershed in your history, from a relativity insular nation going about your daily business to a politically divided nation, one whose freedoms are continually undermined in the name of war and fear,, think how good it was before and ask yourselves when are we going to win this war,, I personally think that some battles will be won but not the war,, to big, to many and to much division,at home, it seems everyone is blaming someone else,, while the questions about 911 remain you will never move forward because the mere fact that they are being asked indicats mistrust, and once trust is lost so is the will to continue to support anything that resembles "leadership" I feel sorry for the lot of you.

1) The reason this looks like controlled demolition is because the towers came straight down---but engineers understand its much easier for such a large building to fall straight down instead of sideways.
2) Also, as floors collapsed they fell onto the floors below, effectivley pushing out all the air and smoke on the floor below, causing the white smoke to shoot from the windows, this pattern continued until the building was completely collapsed. This is called "pancaking."

I would believe it more if you'd research the powerdown more - did anyone contact them as to why they did it?
Also, To strategically place enough explosive in the towers along with the coordination of the hijackers is too much for a reasonable person to imagine.
This is another conspiracy theory that has absolutley no proof - a powerdown doesn't explain one tenth of what took place to plan and carry out the attack. If there was proof of that then I'll listen - if not you're doing us a disservice by discrediting our administration, CIA, and common sense.

I believe it to be true. I have heard that several of Bush's people are involved, and made money in the attack, as well as being complicit in it.

In my opinion, the penetentiary is where he belongs. His evil and greed have almost torn America to pieces, taking away our freedoms, and has been a blight to the rest of the world. This man needs to be stopped NOW.

You know anyone can put anything on the internet. It doesn't have to be true.

If there is proof that Bush was behind this for personal gain then I agree, put him away, lock him so far away from daylight that he will never see daylight again.
