Wearing a girdle will help to support your muscles and get your back in shape. I do not know how long is has been since you had your baby, but you should not drink ice cold drinks or soda for up to 6 weeks after having your baby because they will make you stomach swell and it will be harder to make it flat again. Holding your stomach in while you are walking will also help the muscles to tighten up.

Hey hang in there momma! It will come off. Remeber it took you 9months to get "muffin top" and it will take longer to get that top off. Just be patient, try to eat right, go for walks, do your crunches, I am 6months pregnant and cannot wait either till I can lose this weight and fit into my size 6 ! Try also to have a great motivator too! That always helps! Good luck!

Change your diet. Less carbs... more protein... & don't forget to do cardio along with strength training (not just sit-ups!). Most importantly it's not going to happen overnight, so stay on of it & it will happen!

what kind of crunches, and working out all the rest of your body will burn that fat, no matter what exercise you do.
