Which Fatboy Slim "Greatest Hits: Why Try Harder" CD/DVD to buy?

Here are the choices from Amazon. Its for use in the USA, so it must be compatiable with a US DVD player.
Price doesn't matter. I just want the CD and videos.

Your link points to CDs only, therefore they will all work on US DVD player, as there is one standard, unlike the way the big studios rip off the masses with their DVD region encoding.

Personally, I would buy the cheapest one that is sold new, but keep postage and packing costs in mind.
