what do you do when you get a error code 15 after trying to connect to your yahoo!launch?

I have had all sorts of advise, but nothing seems to work. I am starting to think that it's just my pc. It starts tuning and show a connection status and then poof!! error error error. I have tried to run mplayer2, going to options, and then settings. I have a choice of three different streams, like http. still nothing. I just starting having this problem, like this week.

Sounds like it's time to backup your data, reformat your hdd, reload your OS, security updates, anti-virus, anti-spyware software, programs...etc.
