most schools prefer act or sat. Most tech colleges prefer the ACT. But as far as getting in without a score I dont know. try callin the admissions office for a few tech school and see, or try looking at their website.

You'd have to check for the requirements for the college, certain colleges have different requirements.

You would probably just be required to take a placement test
