I take a shower in the morning when I'm in a hurry and a bath a night to relax.

A shower, even though I like relaxing in a bath but its the accumulation of dirt in the bath that defeats the purpose of cleaning yourself. I like the Japanese idea of having a shower then a bath afterwards.

I usually shower to clean up, then fill the tub and relax in some good smelling bubbles. Baths rock!
