Worrying will never help. Infighting is a method for those with no clue to sound important and will never solve anything. It is absolutely better to keep our wits and be prepared. Think about it. The problems are focused in the major oil producing countries. If the supply is disrupted, we will have a major problem, and not just with gas prices. Most prices will increase, food, clothing, school supplies, medicine, all because they are transported by truck and the trucking company would have to raise shipping costs which would force producers to raise product costs. I personally would rather have a lot of non-perishable food stocked up and look foolish later than not stock up and stand outside a store waiting for the next overpriced shipment to come in. So yes, keep your wits, but more importantly, be prepared.

You must know all aspects of foreign policy to make a statement like that. If fascists bent on taking over the world scares you, stick to comic books, and let the adults deal with it.

Just because you might survive a car crash, and eventually heal from it, doesn't mean you shouldn't do everything in your power to prevent it.

Including not handing the keys to someone who is clearly so intoxicated (or incompetent) that they cannot drive straight.
