Well now, a group of people who want to form a club should have a president, who runs the meetings, a v.p. who does the same when the pres. isn't available. A treasurer who collects any dues and charitable contributions. An investigation commitee to determine if new pledges are worthy of admittance. A recording secratary to record the minutes of each meeting and any field meets that require coordinating events with other clubs so your events don't happen on the same day as other clubs ( so all can attend each others events as they are all about raising money both for the club and any charitable events) Guides, at least 3 or any odd # so any voting will not result in a tie at the business meetings. They also serve as the back of the pack. When doing lane changes the rear always swings out first to change lanes so the whole pack can do it safely. Seargent of Arms is suppose to pass out any fliers at mtgs, make sure all there are members or pledges. Occasionally throw out any unruly members or non members Grievance commitee consisting of at least 3 (to avoid a tie in a vote) to hear of any beefs formally lodged about the Charter or unmember like conduct. A charter is a code of ethics that describes what your club is together for, your goals and direction of what all of you got together for domig as a club. Mtgs can consist of readings from the last mtg,old business, new business and any thing requiring making of or changing laws and by-laws. Recreation commitee(optional) and anything else you think you will need as you mature and grow aa a group A word of caution,DO NOT TAKE ON ANOTHER CLUBS' NAME or you will take on their problems and beefs( especially the 1% ers) not to mention copyright infringements. Go to a few H.O.G. rallies and existing field meets put on by clubs to find out what I mean. Remember this , if you want to stay in the good graces of the law go to your local police or fire dept and see if they need a fundraising event to help what they need when setting up poker runs or field meets as this will keep you boys in their good graces. GOOD LUCK AND MAY GOD RIDE WITH YOU

depends on what you mean by club. If you are talking about a traditional 3 piece patch MC, you have a president, vp, sgt-arms, road captain and sec. You may also have an enforcer, although that often is also the sgt-arms. If you really want to learn about club structure, go to this website.

In my club we have the following officers:

- President - Runs the general and executive board meetings and appoints committee members.
- Vice President - Performs the Presidents duties when he/she is unavailble to do so.
- Secretary - Records the minutes of the meeting.
- Treasurer - Handle the clubs finances.

In addition to that we have 12 "members at large" who are made up of past presidents and volunteer members who sit on the executive board. The executive board determines the "direction" of the club and makes proposals to bring before the general membership for election.

We also have three standing committees made up of a minimum of three members who are appointed by the president.
