this is not an anthropology question. Anthropology is the study of people and culture - not minds and make believe things.

I admit I have seen magicians occasionally move things and perform tricks that cannot be repeated by normal people. I think that the possibility is out there. I like to keep an open mind about this. As to just anyone being able to develop this by practice I don't think that is possible. And most of these websites offering lessons in telekinesiss are probably phony.

No. Telekinesis has NEVER been demonstrated under proper scientifically controlled conditions. The power required to transmit the force required to move even a pin would simply melt the human brain.

As far as I know, the only proof of humans moving anything with their brain, without touch is a cursor on a computer screen.

It isn't common for the human mind to be able to move objects. There are people who are able to do things. This is called telekinesis.

Absolutely -- people do it all the time. Haven't you noticed? Why, just last week I moved a whole subway train from New York to Chicago.
