I am going to Six Flags tomarrow and i want to fall asleep right now! Anyone have any suggestions

Have a warm water bath.
Drink some luke warm milk with some sugar.
After that, switch off all lights, play soft music and gently rub some oil on your feet for 1-2 minutes.
Now, close your eyes

Think about the most boring places you have ever been, the most boring people you've ever met, anything boring. I guarantee you will fall asleep fast.

First of all its going to hard to fall asleep with your mind on ur trip.. my advice is try not to think abt it.. try to clear your mind and make your room as dark as possible...close your eyes and relax.. just remember to keep your mind clear because its hard to sleep when u got something on ur mind.
