I just think he is mentally ill and is seeking attenetion, the state of Colorado are taking their time on this, which means they really do not have a case.

I doubt he did it. I think he wanted the protection to get out of Thailand because of those two teenagers he's married to. The parents of those girls are probably out to kill him and the only way for him to get back to the States under protection is to claim he killed JonBenet. He may have some guilty or inside information on that case, but I doubt he really did it. There's just something that doesn't ring true with him. Plus, his ex-wife said he was with her in Georgia on X-mas, and the killing happened in Colorado, so how could he be in Colorado doing the killing yet still be at home with his then-wife. Since his wife claims her ex-husband used to beat her, etc., I doubt she's trying to give him a false alibi this late in the game. Also, the mother still was not cleared on that ransom note. There were characteristics that looked like her writing...also, why leave a ransom note demanding money when you know the daughter's dead in the basement? But, the mother's dead now so I doubt we'll ever know the real story with her.

it's not uncommon for people to admit to crimes they didn't commit, strictly for attention. with the information that's come out, it seems unlikely that he did it. my vote is still in for the parents. i think it's really coincidental that after patsy ramsey's death, this lunatic steps forward. maybe i'm wrong, but i think the mother's guilt added to her illness and whatever the truth is, she took it with her and the husband helped cover it up. some believe the brother did it, but i don't think so. they say jonbenet didn't want to do anymore kiddie pageants and was also a bed wetter. some believe these 2 things pissed patsy off and jonbenet's murder was staged to look like a sex crime. And lets not forget that contrived note that was supposedly left by the killer. i know everybody handles tragedy differently, but the parents just never seemed that grief stricken to me. I do hope the truth finally comes out, little jonbenet deserves that.

I definately do not think he is guilty of this crime for the following reasons:
1) It is far too old a crime to prove either way, so he could confess to just about anything he wanted to get famous
2) The guilty parties have already been charged
3) All evidence available points to him being elsewhere at the time
While this does not mean I feel he is innocent of crimes against children (Thailand is the capital country for child prostitution after all) I do feel that he could not possibly be guilty in this particular case. All he is doing is making a cry to become famous, which he now has, and this was the easiest way he could think of to do it. Once he is found to be innocent of this crime, his story will sell to the media for a huge sum of money and we will all be forced to hear about movies, books, tv specials, and the like about his useless little life.
It is all a farce put on by a pathetic little man. I rather hope he ends up in general population in a prison so he can find out what happens to people who assault children.

The killer is already dead. But the night of the crime there were a group of individuals present at the scene. Karr is one of them and more likely later he killed the person who killed Jonbenet and made it to look like a suicide death.

I think he is just a little crazy man trying to get attention. I vote for Mr. Ramsey. He did go to that obscure room and find the body. How would an intruder know where that room was?

I still think so far that the real killer is her half brother by her mother's first marriage. He could have been jealous and I've heard he's a little kooky.

Hi, I'm not sure because the question I am really confused about is if he really did commit the murder, how did he even get into the house? Was the parents at home? or away?

Unless they come up with some evidence I think Karr is just looking for some media attention.
