What is the most common % of body fat. What is the lowest? Say in a professional athelete.?

I read a while back that Lou Ferrigno (the Incredible Hulk) had 3% body fat when he turned 50 years old. He weighed nearly 300lbs, so that means he only had about 9-10lbs of fat. crazy!!!
