on 8-1-06 i had my period,on 8-14 i ovulated,on 8-22 i had a little bit of spotting,my breasts are tender and im tired and my lower back aches,i took a pregnancy test a little while ago,it looked neg at first but the background of the windows were still blue,i looked again at about 30 minutes later and the background was white but there was a faint line...could this be an early positive? did i have implantation bleeding? or did i wait too long to recheck and got a false positive?

I would suggest that you wait a couple of days to check again because sometimes you can receive a negative when your actually positive. You show all the classic signs of pregnancy but to be sure and to confirm it I would suggest you go see your OB doctor for some lab tests and blood tests and that will confirm if you are pregnant. Sometimes you can get a faint line on the tests and that would mean that it is positive. I hope this helps you!

It sounds like it could have been implantation bleeding, but it could also be something else. With our daughter I started feeling pregnancy symptoms on the day she implanted, so it's possible, but it could also be something else.
Thirty minutes is definitely too long to wait to recheck the test. Assuming a regular 28 day cycle, your next period is due on 8-29. I would wait until then, retest and follow the directions to the letter.

If the spotting you saw on the 22nd was indeed implantation spotting then it will take 4 days after that for the hcg to build up enough to be excreeted in your urine. The line you saw on the test after the 30min. is called an evaporation line--don't read the test after 10minutes. It was negative. Wait til at least Saturday and test again with a very sensitive test using first morning urine. You can find out the best test to use by going to www.peeonastick.com Good luck!

Well, it could have been an evaporation line, but that spotting sounds the right description and time line for implantation bleeding. I think you tested too early-try again next week and good luck!

You could be pregnant but wait till the first week of september to test again to get a clearer answer.

Sounds like it - especially the breast tenderness. Go to your OB and get a test done there - it will be quick and definitive.

30 minutes it's too late , it's only during a few minutes you can see the result
