My resolution is to ask him out!! Worst thing he can say is no so what have you got to loose. Guys like it when a girl makes the first move! I new a guy I went to school with, thought he was to cute to want to go out with me. But, after 9 months of drooling, I asked him to go out with me and have a few drinks. He met me at a sports bar, and the rest is history!

Ask him and be different if he says no say you heard a rumor that he did and you needed to know because you like somebody else and you don't want the boy you like to hear the rumor or if he says yes say cool because i realy like you too. Do you think we could hang out. Sounds good to me.

Okay, find out thru friends wat he likes to talk about.
Study it a little, think of a good question without a yes or no answer, and find a way to aks him, and tune in close, so he knows your listenin'. Start from that.

hang out with him a bit, and then casually bring up, something your doing with your freinds amke sure it's a group thing first! so that if he doesn't like you he won't feel weird.
