That's a good one. I had to think about that one. In my opinion I would have to say it's the man that does not share his food. If a man sees another man hungry or hurting or in need of help then if he is truly a good man, he would share what he has. No one should have to hurt or kill another person to get what they need so before that happens he should share not to prevent the killing but because it's out of the goodness of his heart.

Since the man being killed for food could be in any kind of predicament (the person answering is left to guess at details) it could be the man who does not share, clearly there are people in need being denied here.
Or it could be the one who kills, clearly someone is being sacrificed / treated less than human.
You decide. What kind of a question is this anyway?

The man who does not share because he has the power to prevent the act. The "killer" does so out of instinct to survive.

The man who kills. It is not his place to murder another human being to take their food. If he is a firm believer and has faith he will not kill and wait for God to provide another means to sustenance!

I believe it would be the man who would not share. Even though murder is against the Commandments... Jesus did say that our first commandment was to love one another.

Save everybody a lot of trouble and go to Burger King. A buck buys a burger and nobody gets hurt. Maybe later you might die from this stuff as a disgusting fat - body, but long as there's no shooting.

They are both guilty of sin. In God's view, sin is sin. There are no degrees of what is better or worse.
