The truth is an autobiography is written by the individual the story is about so you would of course want to know all the details. Make it al tell-all. Don't hold back.

An autobiography is a story about yourself. You include whatever you want people to know about you.

name, date/place of birth, lineage, childhood, young adulthood. loves and losses. lifes ambitions and accomplishments.some of the journeys your lifes path took you on and where you are today.
Both in the physical and emotional/spiritual sense.
