Hey, Check this out what you need to do is work out 2 times a day!!! In the morining and when you are going to bed! You'll see better results in 2 weeks!!! Try to pack you own lunch more on the Carbs. and less fat.. you need the Carbs to to burn the fat.. Don't drink DIET soda's there not helpful at all. Use less Salt and less fatty meals. If you want to do it do it right the first time and you wont be spending any other extra time tring to loss weight.. Keep Light snakes in hand for the middle of the day..Apples,oranges, wheat thins..... I USE TO BE IN HIGH SCHOOL WRESTLING I'LL HELP YOU OUT! Cut your meals to 1 plate if you eat extra hey have fun some times. Work out 5 days a week and 2 days off so your body can rest!!!
Start with: Push ups 25
Sit ups: 25 ( hit when doing sit ups you want to go half way up then down then all the way up then down to count as 1 sit up FOR Best result! )
6 inches: 15 ( lay on your back. hands under your back, Raise BOTH of your legs 6 in. off the ground. BOTH legs MUST be straight. Open, Close, open, close, Hold for 5 sec. then put them down! rest 15 sec. then do again!!!
weak up 45 min. early it'll help you get moving!!!

Wow, you are in no way fat or even chubby. I looked up your BMI and you're just above the underweight status. So you have a little fat around your belly? You're TWELVE, sweetie. Your body is developing and it's going through a lot of changes right now, including baby fat in unwanted places. You'll grow out of it. Just make sure you eat right and stay active and it'll be gone in no time.

Run around the block. I know it's kind of hot right now, so go at a later time. Also crunches and sit-ups are good for those abs. Look on the internet for some more exercises you can do.

over the next year or two you are going to stretch out and the fat will be gone. if you metabolism slows down (which i doubt because you are so skinny) you can join a sports team and eat more protein less carbs.

Do tummy crunches, won't take long before you notice a difference. Also cut out the pop or go to diet. Pop will ruin your body in no time.

Cut back on bread, pasta, candy, cakes, pies, and processed junk food. Eat fresh whole foods instead. You will not only lose fat but your skin clears up and you will feel better too.

U dont need too lose weight, you will lose it when you get older. just workout and eat right and by the age of 15 you should be good. dont want to lose weight your only 12 your too young to think about that..

wait hold up my doctor said that you shouldnt try to lose weight at when your a kid im 13 and asked my doctor that i wanted to lose weight but he said it wouldnt be the best choice though.
