I was in the pool in my backyard, I had tucked my swimming suit top down a little to sun the twins- I heard a commotion and looked up to see my nasty neighbor with his head on my fence and was watching me- the commotion was his wife catchin him and raising hell--do you think if I get a beebee gun and get him in the eye with it next time,I could say it was an accident and not get charged?

well if your going to become exposed in a situation where you can be seen it's hard to be offended when your spotted. Be thankful he did not have a video camera =) as for shooting him unless you want to spend 8-15 years in jail for agravated assult you might consider using pepper spray, tobasco sauce or skunk piss to divert her atention back to his wife.
FYI shooting someone who is NOT trying to break into your home will only get you put into jail. trust me A GF learned this the hard way when she shot a peep-n-tom for doing the same thing. even though he was actually on her property when it happen. now she has 4 years in prison, and a assult charge for protecting herself.
OH FYI he is not a nasty just because he though you weere worth checking out. checking out a nude woman is a normal male responce. IN fact it's almost genetic in men to watch. since we all look at women in various staghes of undress. ( hiden thrill watching while hidden )
