Bruce Dickenson is up there for obvious reasons.

Personally I'm fond of Lord Worm's (Cryptopsy) vocals. He can growl and shriek with the best of them.

Some of the early thrash stuff is pretty badass for some metal screams..

That guy from Filter. Listen to "Title of Record: and you will think you yourself, "How does that guy even have a larynx anymore?"

The album is best know for "Take A Picture" which has minimal screaming, but some fo the others are sick, and there is a hidden track late on the disc that is friggin' insane.
