I would definitely confront him with what he has done. He is awfully stupid to put a picture of another woman on his phone. But I have to wonder if he is cheating on you. Not to say that he is but I would be watching his every move for a while. If you find that he is cheating dump him. You don't need to have a pregnant girlfriend on your hands or worse yet you get AIDS from him being unfaithful.

I would definately not say "Where there is smoke there is fire".. I recently had a friend send a random topless picture to me as a joke and I deleted it.. then the same person sent me a reg pic of her so I could just have a pic for my phone of a friend.. I never had nor ever would have cheated on my wife in a million years.. but that single act set the ball rolling on what looks like divorce.. and there was no fire believe me... Id ask about it and not be too fired up.. it might be innocent like my situation but you never know.. give the benefit of the doubt at least.. I now am stranded 1/2 way accross the country from where we just moved from with no friends or family because of her umping to conclusions.. I can completely understand WHY you would be upset dont get me wrong but like I said.. ask first...

First, is this picture one he took with the phone, or is this something he downloaded? If it's a download, I'd download a naked man onto my phone and 'accidentally' leave it open on the counter. When he asked about it, I'd tell him 'Hey, if you can do it, so can I!'

If it's a picture he took, I'd confront him and take NO BULL! I'd also make a big show of it, and start tossing his stuff out the front door.

If it wasn't a nude picture of me I would break the phone over his head.

This may be a danger sign. You have two courses of action.

First you can observe and see if there is other suspicious behavior or unexpected expenses which may indicate extracirricular activities.

Two, you could just ask him and see what is response is. Don't forget to watch body language as well as hear his words.
Good luck!

if it is a nude pic of a celebrity, i wont mind. but if it is from a local woman, of course ill demand for an explanation, and he better make it good, or hell will break loose. ;-D

Ask him about it. Is that a woman he knows or a just a 'porn' picture? Communicate...you're married...that should be part of the foundation of your relationship.
