A President can only run for 2 terms. There's nothing in our law that says he can't run as a Vice President under someone who runs for President. Perhaps, his wife as President and him as VP. What's your opinion on this and would you vote for the ticket with him and whoever runs with him?

If he is 2nd in command, and his running mate dies in office in some way, would he once again become President or would it have to be someone else who's next in line?

It's kind of an insult for a guy who's had two terms as President to now want to be a Vice President and basically do nothing or nothing of any importance all day long. No one would do such a thing. Further, if you can't smell conflict of interest in that little scenario, then you can't see that most people, except for the neolibs who don't go for the truth anyway, wouldn't vote for that.

Change your laws. Laws are for the people. In Canada here, we can vote for the same guy three, four, five terms in a row if we want. If the people like a guy, why not let them stay. Presidents/Prime Mininters are living longer these days.

he would not take the #2 seat after being #1. It would be like asking Joe Montana to back up Ryan Leaf. Never would happen....

I would vote for him as anything at this point because someone needs to be in office that is honest and who really cares about this country no matter what the color of their skin is. I also think that it is illegal to keep people from voting because you know they wont vote for you. It is OUR RIGHT as AMERICANS to be able to vote.

Actually, you are incorrect. Per the 12th Amendment:

"But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States."

Because he is not eligible to be president, he is also ineligible to be vice-president.

Either he chooses not to be or b/c he knows people would not accept him very well after the Monica Lewinski incident.

It would be a dumb idea. That is my opinion. Its hard to be number 2 after having already been number 1.
