Why ask the liberals? Just research the details of both Patriot Acts and the ordeal of the FISA-evading illegal wiretapping. After that, just look into the illegal indefinite detentions (some American citizens) in the name of the "war on terror". Then again, you probably don't seriously want to find the truth, eh?

Because the American public has finally woke up and realized the liberals' strategy to eliminate EVERYONE'S freedom, via activist judges (since they haven't been able to achieve their goals via the ballot box), just simply won't do....
They are just freaking out because FINALLY some reasonable, level-headed judges are being appointed and/or nominated and confirmed and it is driving them nuts.
BTW....welcome back, Ah-ha!

Bush has made attempts to suspend habeas corpus. The fact that they've been struck down doesn't mean his didn't try, nor does it mean that he won't try again.

Duh, where have you been for 6 years. There has been a assault on the constitution and you have missed it. I doubt it I think you must get all your news from one source, faux news and your idea's from another one source, Rush Limbaugh, both good examples of things gone bad.
