Michael Jackson writes song for Hurricane Katrina victims
The star hopes to release an all-star 'From The Bottom Of My Heart'...
Michael Jackson has written a song for the victims of HURRICANE KATRINA.
A spokeswoman for the singer revealed yesterday (September 6) that he is hoping to record the track - expected to be called 'From The Bottom Of My Heart' - with other artists and release it as a charity single.
In a statement on his official website mjjsource.com, the spokeswoman said that Michael Jackson is hoping to replicate the success of 1985's 'We Are The World', which he wrote and produced, and which raised millions of dollars for aid to Africa.
"She said: "Mr. Michael Jackson will be enlisting, within the next 24 hours, the involvement of other recording superstars to join him in this project. It is his intention to record this record within the next two weeks."
