this is what I do..
10 pushups once every hour
10 squats every hour
between commercials i do 10 set ups...or legs lifts..
by the end of the day...i wuld have completed 100 of each exercise....at the end of the day...i have done just a bit more than 500 reps of work....it shows very well....would you do something like this....it doesn't take much time and little effort...but the results are crazy...rock hard body by the end of September....

You are not going to increase strength and endurance unless you do more reps of these exercises in a single session. Muscles have to be overloaded in order to grow. Your body will get use to ten reps and not respond anymore, even though you repeat it during the day. To be considered fit you should be able to do 30-40 push ups in one minute or 50 to 60 sit ups in one minute. A rock hard body isn't won with little effort. I would also have to ask if you really like this routine where you are exercising throughout the day? Maybe it works for you, but it sounds like you could do better.

thats a very good strategy, the nly prob is if you do them evryday your muscles dont have enough time to recooperate and you dont get as good results try to up your reps a little and do it only 5 times a week. and if you want to show of your muscles a little more do some cardio like add some jumping jacks in there and it will tone your body so you can see more definition! bannanas also help your muscles repair themselves
