What happens when you put baking soda and boilng water and vineger then add rubbing acohol???????????????????!

The baking soda, Sodium Bicarbonate, would react with the vinegar, Acetic Acid, producing Carbon Dioxide gas, which would bubble off with the steam. The Sodium Acetate would dissolve in the hot water.

When you added the rubbing alcohol, Isopropyl Alcohol, it would immediately start boiling also and pass off with the steam in an azeotropic mixture of a fixed proportion. The temperature of the boiling would also change to match a temperature between the two boiling points of water and isopropyl alcohol.

A small amount of the alcohol would react with the Sodium acetate to produce an ester, which would give a pleasant smell to the mixture.

Other than that, nothing special.

Depending of the quantity and the proximity you stand next to it, I guess the outcome would be a call to 911 and a trip to the emergency ward of your local hospital, because you'd be splashing boiling water everwhere, and the outgassing of the acid-base reaction may ignite the alcohol.

when u mix baking soda and acid together it will bubble and u think that will clean anything,the gas's is CO2 good fire extinguisher and if u use HCL with baking soda mix it to a PH 7 u have salt water.Be careful with acohol in bright light u cant even see that it is burning.
