he has the tkick already but they ask for a bta what is that and if he is leven that city why would they care if he has money on him or not ? he is from the usa not nigria ! i never hear of such a thing is this ture here ! to live a country you must have a bta ?

you must show that you changed your money officially and you need to prove it with official receipts. but.... as Nigeria is Nigeria, they just want to squeeze him to pay bribes. that is what it is. done to individual travelers all over.
