It sounds like a democracy, if all the people share in the government, ie, have a vote.

Well, in the past I might have said America. But it seems like Americans (not everyone just the few in power that like to make us look stupid) seem to have forgotten that without immigration none of us would be here except the Native Americans. So I guess when it all comes down to it, the answer is not America. Hmmm, let's try Democracy?
