I have photo mail from yahoo and I can't up load my photos I have dial up. The progress bar never moves.?

Your dialup connection may be just too darn slow for this to work. Do you have any way to use a faster net connection?

Dial up....You have too many slow situations going on at once.
Between your dial up, and all the programs that you are running on your computer...
It is even a wonder you can still get online...
