Don't women realize that if they are sexually active, they risk becoming pregnant?-- no form of birth control is 100% effective all the time. [Short of sterilization]. Also, you can get pregnant if your boyfriend "pulls out." So, if your period is late, go see the ob-gyn.

whats even more pathetic is right as I'm typing this, somewhere someone is doing it, and in about a month or so, those same crazy questions will pop up again like dandelions.
I kinda think Brooke Shields knew more in the "Blue Lagoon" than some of these clueless chicks do.
I see no one is actually asking the right types of questions before the fact, either..

I just feel that when women ask these questions they just want opions as to what others might think probably cause they are potentially excited about being pregnant. Other than that...I think that if they are asking the question Can I be Pregnant? Yes. That is typically an ignorant question since the clear answer would be go and get a blood test, buy a pregnancy test and/or go see your gyn!
I do however think that young girls that are unfortunately having sex at their young age actually ask these Can I be pregnant questions is Simply because they do not know. Whether they are too young to know when they are pregnant or not..or poor education on their parents parts and/ or parents and themselves n ot asking questions on what sex is all about and That is unfortunate.
But sure, the questions on here sometimes are sooo Ridiculous that us educated individuals find it soo hard to fathom a person can ask such a common sense question.

Some of them are pretty funny. No one can say wither or not you ARE pregnant except your care provider. It is really sad that women know so little about their own body. So very sad.
Another thing I see on here EVERY DAY that I get tired of is "go ask your doctor" (granted...some times it is warranted) And it can be the answer to just a tiny question. Like "I am 9 months pregnant and I am having more Braxton hicks contractions. Is this normal" there is always someone saying "call your doctor" or "go to the ER" Ugh...can't women think for themselves. Doctors are not Gods that know everything. Why rely on them like they are Gods.
I will say it again...it is so sad how little women know about their own bodies. Sad too how little men know about women's bodies. i had a male friend that was 25 years old and though women had only two holes. One for poop and the other one for pee and having sex/baby. How sad is that??

People are starting to think Yahoo is a hospital of some sort, they are too lazy and broke to go buy a simple test at the store and take the darn thing or get off their butt and see a medical doctor.

I agree with you. May be they want an answer "No, dear...You are not pregnant"..."I do not know you, but I can asure, just by the idiotic question you are asking, that you are not pregnant"...
But...may be they want to deceive theirselves and think they are not pregnant. The pregnancy tests are not expensive. Go get one at the drugstores, no prescription needed. But...patience, my friend!...they will be coming every day to ask the same question. Why don't ask their mothers?...

What's up with that?? They are usually the ones that get on here and answer every sex question like an expert, but don't know a thing about its consequences. To me, if you don't know what to do if you miss your period, then you have no business having sex!!

Wow, too intolerant?
Not as tired as you!
Switch activities/pages/attitudes/
Lighten up!
Jes be glad that it's their problem & not yours!
It's really sad & heartbreaking to know some are too scared that they MIGHT be pregnant while others are too scared that they're not!
I enjoy knowing that it isn't an issue that I need to be concerned about!
I also enjoy the 2 points fer pointing out your answer with a "take your silly question down the hall!"

Yes, so sick of those questions. Women for centuries have been figuring out on their own that they are pregnant, they don't need help from complete and total strangers on Y!answers. Ah-thanks for letting me vent.

I think EVERYONE is tired of this question, there are legitimite questions and I can understand some of them, like the false positive or miscarriage HCG level questions, but generally I just don't answer them anymore.
