Why it isn't possible to rotate one hand in clockwise and the other in anticlockwise at the same time?

Because the Min. hand and the hour hand move clockwise. If you were to try and move the hands apart , you would just break the clock

if you mean the hands that are part of your body, it is. try this: hold your hands out in front of you, palms facing down. now turn your hands at the same time so that your palms are facing inwards, and then up. see, it is possible.

if you mean the hands on a clock, it's because of the way clocks are built and how the gears are put together. get one of those old clocks that you have to wind up and open it up (most open on the front or the back. while its open, try to turn the hands different ways and watch the gears inside while your doing this. you can see why it doesnt work.

Try this...:Rotate your left foot clockwise,and draw a circle in the air with your left hand counterclockwise.

our mind can control only one action at a time. so it will find it hard to rotate on hand in clockwise and another hand in anti-clockwise direction.

Its not, if you work on it for as long as I have you WILL be able to complete this unusual task. Just takes a lot of practice. I started doing it about 20 yrs ago and have no problem doing it at any time to this day.. Practice grasshopper...

dude who told you that ? you cant do it with watches since time doesnt move back but with your hands you can !!!!!!! try it !
