slow internet connection requires higher bandwidth and faster download speed?

microsoft e-mail suggested this cause my videos
start and stop over and over...but how do i get faster download speed etc...

Do you have broadband..if not get it.

two ways to do it but might not be an option at times

1.) use a program called winzip and compress it. .if you are the one sending it

2. )save it to your hard drive first then view it

3. dsl connection no problem
