First of all a man that fathers two children needs to take responsibility. You didn't say why he isn't keeping jobs. If he is able to live his live as if he were single are you having to support him also. I think you need to go after child support and make him grow up. It sounds like he needs to.

Go to your local Family & Children services in your county. They will help you. You will probably need to fill out "Child Support Recovery" papers. You will probably have to start with a court ordered child support. This can be done for free to single parents. Start with "Department of Family & Children Services" they'll give you all the info you need.
He definately needs to be responsible for these babies. He needs to pay up.

Immediately go to an attorney and get child support set up. It took two to tango and he is not scott free when it comes to taking care of his children.

why would you even ask? If your totally rich and have no financial trouble then collect it and send the money to me.
Also, if he has to pay child support then that may help him be more job orientated as the laws for not paying your child support are pretty tough ( suspension of drivers license, jail time) and it might help him to be a better role model for your children.

Yes I agree with everyone here, you should definitely seek legal advise and pursue him for child support. It is his duty to support his childen. They in turn will respect him more if he is being a responsible father and carry our his duty in maintaining them. Children are expensive and the older they become the more expensive they are to support. it's not only clothing and food but school trips, pocket money, it's never ending. You will need all the help and suport you can get. And it's his duty as their father to provide this.

Yes, get child support. If he doesnt get and keep a job, they will go after him in other ways. Your children deserve better!

It is very selfish of you not to get the child support. Its called CHILD support not YOU support. Its for the kid and its not right that all the reponsiblity falls on you to take care of the kids. Even if you don't need the money, put it away for the kids future.

Your children deserve financial support from the father that created them. Get what they deserve.
Side note: Go get someone who deserves you. Provide a life for your children that you would have wanted, not one that you'll be ashamed of when you're old.
