feet always cold??

This is a serious question so I will tell you the basic about your feet -your feet are the fartherest point from your heart and because of this they don't have very good circulation to begin with and if you happen to have arthitis in your knees this also could cause you to have cold feet or as they suggested up on top here it could be low sugar. How do I know this I crushed both heals and busted my ankel

Mines are alwayz cold... Its because u walk on a cold floor without socks OR slippers

because you have a cold feet. you should put socks on.

I can't help you mine are always cold too. (my feet and butt)

poor circulation is one reason that is most common, That is what my mom has. You can try looking at http://www.webmd.com and just google "Why are my feet always cold"

You could have poor circulation in your feet or suffer from anemia and need more iron.

uh maybe you have cold shoes or put them in cold water often or your body is just plain COLD.......

i have that same problem too! i have low blood pressure which probably has something to do with it, you may also have poor circulation in your feet

Warm them up by putting them under your armpits. That'll keep you busy and make you sweat trying to do it.
