First of all, are you looking for mental or physical handicap people? Anyway, you may find websites on the internet and you can also try to find psychology or health magazines. Or you even can go visit a hospital, a communitary centre for handicap people or anywhere you can meet them in person. You can talk to them directly and I'm sure a lot of them will be happy to share with you (if you are respectful toward them of course).

My father who is physically handicapped lives next door to me. My mother's cousin who is mentally handicapped lives with she and my dad also. I help take care of them. What do you want to know?
