When will the Chicago Fire Department start hiring in 2006?

I took the exam for the CFD in May 2006. Does anyone know when the hiring will begin? Is there a waiting list? How do I know if I'm on the list??

Have you considered contacting human resources for the city?

The fire department are still on the waiting list for 1995. It may be anywhere between May 2007 thru May 2016 who really know how long it will take! Or try to contact the mayors office or Department or personnel @ city hall chicago!!!!

P.S. Im still waiting on my call from 1995, my name is on that list and i retested also in may 2006!!!
