DeVry in the Bay Area... and while many don't think that *that*college is much, let me set you strait... the teachers did the minimum in teaching us! we studied hard for our degrees (it's hard to learn from a teacher who doesn't know how to teach)!
heck, lots of the students were flat out lied to when it came to what they were going to be getting when they enrolled. (classroom sizes, hardware, knowledgeable teachers, job placement help, etc)
hours in the library and the computer lab trying to figure out wtf our instructor said and how to accomplish the lab. i swear... aside from the BA i got from there, the only redeeming value of that school was that i made some good friends (in the belly of the beast as it were).
