my daughter is having a child, she got pregnant the old fashioned way. A child hood friend is the father. She and her partner, are going to raise the baby, but he will know his natural dad too. I am sure that they will run into their share of ups and downs, but they are all looking foward to this baby. As a gramma, I am too.
the hospital gave her partner the "dad" package and she is going to all the classes with her. most everyone has been supportive of them.
I hope that what ever you do, you are blessed.

Well i am bi-sexual. I don't know if I would go back to men if something happened with me and my girl or not.But as it is now she makes me happier than any man ever has.But now I do have 2 children already. They are 5 and 6. She doesn't have any of her own.We have talked about her getting artifically inseminited.Birthing a child of you own is a wonderful experiance. And you could never imagine the love for the child that comes with being a mother. It is awesome!

I am not a lesbian, but I have an aunt that is. She and her wife (they ended up getting married it was beautiful) have been together for about 25 years now. They had invitro and have a very beautiful daughter. Their insurance actually covered it, which was a shock and a blessing all in one. Their daughter is seriously one of the smartest kids I have ever encountered. I expect great things from her one day. If you have any more specific questions I can ask Dawn for you, I am sure she would be happy to answer questions.

I already have a son, but when I do meet 'the one' and we decide to have children, I'm opting for adoption, for one because I cannot have children. But if she wants to do the whole pregnancy thing, I will support her the full nine...and beyond. I just know I'm not giving birth again, lol.

yeah i plan on having children with my girlfriend,we went through a miscarriage not long back and i thought i couldn't ever go through that again, but my girl wants kids and i want to see her kids, i wanna be a part of there lives,i wanna see the features of there mum shine through when they smile,i wanna hear my girl be called mum,oh how soppy am i anyway, yes i want kids and it will be by artificial insemination, you can go to a sperm bank (my aunt used to work there but got fired for drinking on the job,lol get it)but its quite expensive or ask a close male friend to donate for you but makes sure he gets tested for STDs and get a contract written up to protect you and him in the long run..

i would adopt because there are sooooo many children who need loving homes...i am too old to have a child on my own..i am 35..and too many things can happen during child birth..that i think adoption is the answer for me.

AI is super expensive, a less costly option is to pick your doner, buy the frozen sperm and do it your self at home. It's not always as effective but it definatly costs less.

Already had mine.

Yeah, I'm old fashioned, I had it the "old fashioned" way. Yes...via sex with a man. Go figure!

Hey, just because I had sex with a man, it doesn't automatically nullify my gay card!
I still have my toaster oven!
