If there was a contact, call the police and have him arested, if not - call the police and file the report for harrasment then go to local court and get order of protection agains that person. Then if you see that person in your immediate area call the cops they will arest him for not following court order - good luck

instead of calling the police I would take matters in my own hands.Time to switch to superhero chick mod:).I would seriously want to personally beat his or her @$s.My friend's dad has a shotgun and I would take it and keep it with me.I would hunt that physco down kick there sorry @$$ and if they were seriously scary I would shot them twice and call the police.Ha ! s'long physco muthafucka!

If a bully.........he/she was harassing me....I would go up to the person and have a rock in my hand and come around and hit the sucker in the head....then he/she would leave you alone....I know from experience....it happened to me as kid...I took care of business.
