You could use a retroencabulator hooked to the 1/4 mini din line out of your plama TV. The age of the cartoon character, in dog years, should appear in your remote control display.
By the way, I have been completely unable to use my retroencabulator due to excessive sinusoidal depleneration of its input signal. Would anyone have a schematic and specifications for an appropriate depleneration filter?

How old is the character or how long has it been around?
It's been around for about 6 years, during the Nickelodeon heyday, and was created at the same time as Rugrats first popped up.
